VentureFix
14-day online hackathon for students ages 13-18 to solve real business problems. Choose Venture Build to ship functional software with business value, or Venture Pitch to develop a researched startup proposal with business model and growth plan.
参赛资格 / Eligibility
Ages 13 to 18 only. Students only. Companies and professional organizations are excluded from participation. Open to all countries and territories excluding standard exceptions. Participants compete in either Venture Build or Venture Pitch, one track per project.
交付物 / Deliverables
Venture Build: project title, problem and solution description, working demo link, source code repository, and summary of work completed during the hackathon. Venture Pitch: project title, problem and solution description, pitch deck, written business proposal with target audience, competitor analysis, business model, revenue plan and growth approach, plus supporting market research. Submit complete materials via Devpost with accessible links.
评审 / Judging
Both tracks judged equally on quality of the idea, practical business value, execution quality, and potential impact. Judges listed include Anish Kothuri. Detailed scoring weights and judging process are not specified.
限制 / Constraints
Date fields above come directly from the platform; they take precedence over timing mentioned in the AI brief. Each project may enter only one track. Existing projects allowed only with substantial new work during the event. Participants retain ownership. All third-party code, data, images and materials must be properly licensed and credited. Focus areas include AI, fintech, proptech, healthcare, education, automation, analytics, marketplaces, recruiting, or supply chains.
投入 / Effort
Estimate: Medium to high effort over 14 days. Expect problem research, solution development, plus demo or pitch deck preparation. Build track requires coding and demo; Pitch track requires market research and proposal writing. Suitable for beginners with low/no-code allowed.
